BASICS IN STACKER RECLAIMER

Impact Table is integrated with the Yard Machine (Bucket Wheel Reclaimer or Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer) and the Yard Conveyor. If a single yard machine is used in multiple bays (by means of Transfer Car), it is inevitable to detach/attach the Impact Table from the Machine, either manually or AUTOMATICALLY. In one of my previous projects this detaching/attaching operation of the Impact Table in a Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer Machine has been made  AUTOMATICALLY !!!  The Impact Table & the Stand has been Designed & Engineered in such a way that the detaching/attaching operation is performed WITHOUT any special mechanism or equipment.
