Automatic Attaching/Detaching Impact Table

Impact Table is integrated with the Yard Machine (Bucket Wheel Reclaimer or Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer) and the Yard Conveyor. If a single yard machine is used in multiple bays (by means of Transfer Car), it is inevitable to detach/attach the Impact Table from the Machine, either manually or AUTOMATICALLY.


In one of my previous projects this detaching/attaching operation of the Impact Table in a Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer Machine has been made AUTOMATICALLY!!! 

The Impact Table & the Stand has been Designed & Engineered in such a way that the detaching/attaching operation is performed WITHOUT any special mechanism or equipment.

The below sketches outlines the automatic attaching operation of the Impact Table with the Machine.

    Great Idea Sir. Still i puzzle about the mechanism.

    I presume, this is possible due to the base ramped arrangement, which does the 90% output.

Consistency is an important and inevitable factor in any process plant. To meet a consistent quality output of the product (for example steel or cement) the raw material shall be fed continuously for processing in the required ratio. Consider a case in which the raw materials are stored in the stockyard in number of layers and during reclaiming if the consistency in blending is disturbed after sometime of reclaiming.
